City of Enid Website Redesign

A resident-centered digital transformation in partnership with Granicus. Led by Elijah Travis, this project restructured enid.org from the ground from the ground up—cutting complexity, adding self-service tools, and delivering a modern government experience.

Discovery & Content Audit

The previous enid.org—last redesigned in 2020—had ballooned to over 500 pages of scattered, often redundant content. Residents couldn't find basic services. I led a full content audit, analytics review, and resident feedback collection to identify what actually mattered to the community versus what was just organizational noise.
