Branding Guide

Open city planning guidelines booklet with color codes and text on the page.

For over half a decade, the city operated without formal brand guidance. This project went beyond designing a manual—it established strict visual consistency across all departments and introduced hands-on content creator trainings to turn municipal employees into capable brand stewards.
